  • Build a network of communication and trust between all communities in the County.
  • Encourage professionals to develop long range plans for self improvement, professional development and community involvement.
  • Develop a better understanding of economic development, including creating a network of business contacts, improving the use of county resources and promoting the County as a good place to live, work and raise children.

If We Got it Right . . .
  • What would Butler County look like?
  • What would our communities look like?
  • What would our families be like?
  • What would our leadership program look like?
  • How would we react to certain situations?
  • Would we look at things differently?
  • Would we act and think differently?
The Selection Process
The Leadership Butler Board of Trustees solicits nominations for the program in May. Individuals nominated are sent program information and a program application. Individuals selected represent the diverse elements of Butler County based on information from the application. Class members are notified by mid July. Individuals who are selected are required to attend every session in order to receive a certificate for the program. Tuition is $275.00 per person. Scholarships may be available for qualified applicants. (Nomination Form)
