Taking Leaders to the Next Level!
Adult Curriculum Summary
The Leadership Butler Adult program curriculum is designed from over 13 years of research and training through the Kansas Health Foundation and the Kansas Leadership Center, from collaborative efforts with other community leadership programs as well as experiences from previous classes.

This eight, full day session program encompasses the three theories of leadership - Servant Leadership as the umbrella of the training and including 21st Century Leadership and Civic Leadership.

Exercising leadership has little to do with position of authority one holds but about using the skills and tools to make our communities more productive, more LEADER FULL (filled with people exercising leadership). It is the hope of Leadership Butler that participants gain knowledge about themselves and about exercising leadership in their communities.

Exercising leadership should be something we enjoy...or why would we do it? Leadership Butler offers an opportunity to have fun while participants are learning, but there will also be hard work.
