Taking youth and adults on a journey of personal and professional awareness, encouraging participants to make progress on issues they truly care about while learning about Butler County communities and how THEY CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

 Helping businesses and organizations with planning, visioning, team building, consensus, collaboration and more through consulting and facilitation services at competitve rates.

About Leadership Butler

Leadership Butler, Inc. (LB) of Butler County, Kansas is a community leadership development program for adults and youth in Butler County, focusing on leadership skills and capacities which individuals need to make progress on those daunting civic challenges that face the communities of Butler County.  Continuing education and community awareness is brought to LB Alumni and individuals in the community through events and activities.  Consulting and facilitation services are offered to businesses and organizations at reasonable rates based on the desired outcome.
